When you start to set health goals for yourself (losing weight, running distance, etc), make sure that there is at least a chance you can meet them with hard work and effort. You can’t set a goal of losing 50 pounds in 2 months…it just doesn’t work that way! (more…)

Good health doesn’t just happen. You can’t buy it. You can’t gain it magically overnight with a quick fix. It takes all of your attention, and a lot of hard work (and it can get harder as we get older). But, it’s so much better than the alternative; bad health only gets worse.
Take the time, and effort, to live healthy. Good health is one of the things that money can’t buy, but the investment will be worth it.
